If your cancellation request is accepted, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the product once received according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Currently, we do not support changes to order items or shipping addresses after the order has been placed. If modifications are needed, please cancel the eligible order and place a new one.
