We currently deliver to every postal code within India. At this time, we do not offer shipping services outside India.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, starting from the date your order is confirmed.
Once processed, a confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to you.
Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 8 business days, allowing you to receive your latest fashion picks without delay.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request a re-delivery after such instances.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic proof of the damage.
In the event of a lost shipment, we will work with the courier to verify and arrange a replacement or refund.
