Return Eligibility  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and remain in their original state with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • Products that have been worn, laundered, or altered in any way cannot be returned.  
  • Return requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery. To start a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe.  
  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.  

How to Start a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return at hexilytixventurespvtltd@gmail.com, hexilytixventuresauthorizes@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images  

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos highlighting the issue to speed up the process.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once approved, we will provide you with detailed steps on how to return your item.  

We reserve the right to deny returns that fail to meet our guidelines.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify it meets the return criteria. You will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will follow once the refund is complete.  

Partial Refund Policy  

If the returned item partially meets our return standards (such as minor damage or missing packaging), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please file a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue in your email to help us resolve it quickly.
